I suspect any process that wants to host the CLR that lives on the COM side of the fence (could it be any other way right now?) throws this error.

Is this a registry setting error? Is this related to the same issue? We have Windows XP Pro SP2 with Office 2002 and continuously get this error. Can't find a solution.
