There is just one user in particular... I've tried creating new mailboxes, loading their account in outlook, sharing calander with owner priveleges for everyone, and then opening from another outlook account, same error message. Much appreciated. This problem sounds like a "public folder" problem, but my public folder DB is mounted and seems good.

My problem is that when I setup the outlook 2003 client with the exchange account , I can access my own email and contacts, but cannot open shared contacts or calendars. Sometimes the problem goes away. I really don't understand :( -- edit : the message I get when trying to open a shared calendar is : "unable to display the folder.
