Hi Luis,You have to take care of installing the NetCDF libraries, compiled with the same compiler as you plan to use for Delft3D, see the prerequisites list here. Hi Chelo,You better think twice before starting on Linux.Most commonly, Delft3D can not find the NetCDF stuff that you downloaded yourself and (to avoid compiler version mismatches) compiled yourself.
