our simple solution here was the Hole callout Format File in File Locations was pointing at the wrong location. This stupid error message has been occuring for several days now and is driving me absolutely nuts.The only database-related thing I specifically installed besides the windows installation is a MySQL/ODBC connector Then re-launch SOLIDWORKS and verify that the Hole Wizard and Toolbox are functioning.
