I am pretty sure comcast was updating their email system because our email service went out on: 11/2/13 at 12:38 am and on 11/3/13 at 12:17 am. Microsoft has added Comcast.net as one of the domains for Compatibility view, so IE10 should automatically switch to Compatibility mode when using the Xfinity website. Check This Out You can do this by launching Internet Explorer and clicking Tools > Internet Options > Advanced. There has been an issue with XfinityConnect off and on since yesterday. Thanks! It opens with my name and then immediately closes and sends me back to the sign in page. Such an easy fix for Chrome users.

I have cleared my cache, signed out and back in, rebooted and it still does not work. Purging these files may fix this issue. I am a paying customer just like you! Resetting your router or modem may help to stabilize the connection and allow you to load Gmail's inbox and additional features. Any copy, reuse, or modification of the content should be sufficiently credited to CCM (ccm.net).
