According to the forum thread on ubuntuusers.de the built-in drivers in older version of the kernel may have inconsistencies. Follow the directions below on this page to upgrade to a newer version. I should also that since I got the one working, that the other will work as well. It doesn't really seem now that it is a mythtv problem, I guess that I need to get the card working altogether. I am ALMOST positive that there is nothing wrong with the first tuner, /dev/video0. This will fully discharge power from your system.
