i would try using tcp view and process monitor to help isolate. Computer hangs and then there is no LAN and network adapter cannot be detected Cannot browse, but can ping and update windows Cannot ping printer from another computer(LPR, TCP/IP) Old computer it should later though..Thanks a lot for help.
