and i have uninstalled and reinstalled MS-word and that will not work. Scanpst Outlook 2010 Outlook now seems to be working normally…I can't think of why I'd need to run Scanpst? No success.
You can buy any of the tools separately or as part of Plug-ins Collection.

I've tries Scanpst.exe, it reports No Error. You are going to send email to SendMove CommentMove Maybe something here will help, but read the whole thing first. I had assumed the processes would restart when I rebooted.
I get no errors, haven't had any visible Outlook errors or problems in many years. I checked the size of the pst file, and it was about 7 MB over 2 gig. We have a satellite office that connects through a MPLS line to our network. I've lost all my personal folders and my address book.
