Nonetheless, the general idea is the same and you shouldn't have a problem working it out, whatever version of OS X you're using. Tip: Make sure your HP product has enough memory (RAM) to print the PDF file. Adjust the "Open with” menu to "Preview.” Press "Change All” to set all PDFs to open with Preview.Thanks to everyone who tried to help me!
Oddly, I did not have this problem previously and then it just appeared when I tried to print a pdf file from an e-mail today. It would not print pdf's or a rtf file.
