Unable To Open Ie 10
Um.... Ugh! This opens the Default Programs window. If you manually invoke C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe, that 32bit process will simply launch the 64bit version of iexplore.exe (with the appropriate command line parameters) before exiting. http://cleantechinnvest.com/internet-explorer/unable-to-open-ie8.html

Also, when you run it, you might get messages saying access denied.

I had to clean that off of Chrome and Firefox rejected it (thankfully). Internet Explorer Won't Open Windows 10 I am so glad I found your article. To run it, right-click the file and click "Run as administrator".
Please follow all these instruction step by step and let us know if doesn't help.
If that doesn’t resolve the problem, then aside from just using a different browser, like Chrome or Firefox, the only thing that I can suggest is that you go down the restart pc 4.
