Up until 2 days ago, I had no problem. The association set for .jpg and .jpeg is Windows photo viewer, which is what the user wants the attachments to open in. Open your internet window, click on settings and I bet your "active X" file is checked. I have had this happen to me several times and have a hard time finding a site that tells me the easy fix. It will just put a box around the area and not open it. I can open pdf, powerpoint, word files that are attached on email…excel is only one I can't??? The problem is that it won't open in Photo Viewer in attachment form from the email.
